Muting #open announcements
Keeping open communication with our users in-app is important to us, which is why we utilize in-app messaging to spread information to our community. We understand this isn't for everyone and suggest using the 'Mute' feature to prevent notifications from our Support Team from being displayed.
You can Mute the chat from your Messages screen > find the #open message thread and swipe Left, tap Mute.
While you will still see the messages when you are in the app, you won't be getting notifications when they are received.
